主讲人介绍:
李君,2017年于中国科学院遗传与发育生物学研究所高彩霞课题组获博士学位,2017年至今在首都师范大学生命科学学院马力耕课题组从事博士后研究。主要研究领域包括植物基因组编辑和拟南芥配子体发育的调控。首次将CRISPR/Cas9技术应用于植物中进行植物基因组编辑;在水稻中建立了一种高效的基因定点替换及插入的基因组编辑体系。
