沈彦军，博士，研究员，博导，中国科学院遗传发育所农业资源研究中心水资源与节水农业研究室主任，中国科学院“人才计划”入选者，河北省“三三人才工程”人选。主要从事流域生态水文、水资源量质形成过程与演变机理等相关研究。主持和参加国家重点研发、国家自然科学基金、中国科学院先导专项、河北省重点研发、河北省创新群体等项目10余项。在WRR、 JGR: Atmospheres、JH等期刊上发表中英文论文50余篇。2019年获中国科学院杰出科技成就奖（主要完成者），2023年获遗传发育所益海嘉里优秀导师奖。
