1965年生，山东五莲人。中国科学院遗传与发育生物学研究所农业资源研究中心研究员，中国科学院大学教授、博士生导师。历任信息农业研究室主任、区域农业与政策研究室主任、南大港滨海湿地生态实验站创始站长。
