1996年毕业于山西财经大学环境规划与管理专业，获经济学学士学位。1999年毕业于中科院石家庄农业现代化研究所生态学专业，获生态学硕士学位。参加工作以来一直从事农田生态系统养分循环与精准农业技术研究。
